Due to the nature of our products, all porcelain slab sales are final and non-returnable. These large-format materials are subject to variation in tone, veining, and texture, and we highly recommend reviewing samples prior to placing an order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with photos and an email to info@porcetops.com. Claims made after this window may not be honored due to requirements for the parties involved.
