Shipping Policy
We take great care in preparing and shipping your porcelain slabs to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please review the following delivery terms before placing your order:
A-Frame Fee
All porcelain slab orders are shipped securely on an A-frame, which is required to support and protect the material during transit. A $500 A-frame fee will be applied to your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the order. You will receive a shipping quote during the checkout process or by contacting our customer service team.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, you must inspect the shipment before signing or accepting it. Please check for visible damage, missing items, or any other discrepancies at the time of delivery. Do not sign for or accept the shipment if there is noticeable damage unless properly documented with photos and noted on the delivery receipt.
Damage Claims
All claims for damaged or broken slabs must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and a written description of the damage. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement.
